Palworld Mobile by Garena: Korea Beta Gameplay

Official Palworld Online key art for Garena mobile gameplay and Korean beta rollout

Palworld Online is the Garena-developed Palworld mobile game, and its rollout is still staged rather than global. The current picture is Korea-first pre-registration with selected beta access, while gameplay footage and store materials show Pal catching, hatching, base building, co-op raids, PvP and open-world survival tuned for phones.

What is the Garena Palworld mobile game?

Garena’s version is called Palworld Online, not a simple phone port of the PC and console game. Garena announced it as an officially licensed mobile MMORPG based on Pocketpair’s Palworld IP, with its own story material, a seamless online world and systems built around playing with other people. If you are coming from the main game, start with the broader Palworld tier list guides to keep the original Pal roles straight before comparing them with the mobile version.

The pitch is familiar at first glance: catch Pals, train them, build a base, explore dangerous biomes and survive long enough to expand. The change is scale. Palworld Online pushes those ideas into a shared mobile space where other players can join the same loop instead of treating your base and Pal team as a mostly private save file.

Current beta stage and South Korea rollout

The safest reading right now is simple: Palworld Online is not globally launched. South Korea is the active public rollout market, with pre-registration live through mobile stores and Garena support pages while selected testing continues around the current build. That means players outside the region should not treat random download links as official access.

Korean pre-registration materials list Android and iOS availability, and regional reports describe a 2026 Korea-first launch plan. Store screenshots show a polished interface, but beta-stage footage should still be treated as unfinished. Combat balance, server limits, translation, rewards and device performance can all change before a wider release.

What the current gameplay shows

The gameplay identity is closer to a mobile survival MMORPG than a reduced single-player port. The clearest systems shown so far are:

  • Pal catching, hatching and team training
  • Touchscreen third-person combat with Pal partners
  • Glider exploration across a seamless map
  • Base construction with shared community spaces
  • Resource loops and production automation
  • PvE dungeons, raids, world encounters and PvP duels

That is a lot to carry on a phone, so the big question is not whether Palworld Online has enough features. The question is whether Garena can keep the interface readable and the servers stable once more players enter the same world.

How it differs from regular Palworld

The original Palworld works best when you control your own pace: catch a Pal, carry resources home, repair the base, then push into a harder zone. Palworld Online keeps that loop but makes cooperation more visible. Shared bases, larger social events and group combat are the selling points, while the mobile interface turns menus, movement and targeting into shorter touch interactions.

Collectors should also keep expectations grounded. A Pal appearing in Palworld Online does not automatically create a new Palworld TCG card, rarity or price record. Pal Stars keeps mobile game coverage separate from card database entries until official printed card codes and scans exist. For the original creature roster, use all Palworld pals as the stable reference point.

Krafton's Palworld Mobile is a separate game

Search results blur two different projects, so it is worth separating them plainly. Garena publishes Palworld Online, the MMORPG above. Krafton is developing and publishing a different title called Palworld Mobile through its internal studio, PUBG Studios, under its own IP license from Pocketpair.

Krafton announced that game in October 2025 for a worldwide 2026 release and showed the first playable demo at G-STAR 2025 in Busan that November. Its pitch leans closer to the original: Pal collection and raising, open-world survival and crafting, rebuilt for touch input, plus new "strategic battle" content built around individual Pal skills. Krafton's own engineering job posts describe Unreal-based client and dedicated-server work, which reads like a full live-service build rather than a light companion app.

So if you searched for a Krafton mobile release date, the only committed answer is 2026 — no day, no month. If you searched for a beta download, that is Garena's Korea rollout, not Krafton's. Full breakdowns live in the Palworld Mobile by Garena guide and the Palworld Mobile by Krafton guide, and if you want to plan capture odds before either launches, the mobile pal catch rate calculators on /pal-catch work in a phone browser.

Should players pre-register?

If you are in South Korea and use the official store listing, pre-registration is the cleanest route. If you are outside the active market, waiting is safer. Unofficial APK mirrors and social posts can appear before a game is broadly released, but they are not worth risking your account or device.

The important takeaway is that Palworld on mobile is now more than a rumor. Garena has shown the game, store listings are active in Korea, and the beta material already reveals how the familiar survival loop is being reshaped around co-op mobile play.
