Palworld TGS 2026 Cosplay: The Cast and Best Displays

By Pal Stars

Official Pocketpair cosplay line-up for Tokyo Game Show 2026

Pocketpair did not treat cosplay as a short side event at Tokyo Game Show 2026. The company assembled 23 official performers across Palworld and its publishing projects, then built the Palworld booth so the cast could move between a stage and recognizable in-world scenery. For the gameplay side of everything shown, our database of Palworld tier list guides covers the same Pals in play.

Who is in the Palworld TGS 2026 cosplay cast?

The announced Palworld side includes familiar faces such as Zoe, Saya and Lily, alongside newer bosses Auri and Zenara and members of the Windrose pirates. Pocketpair’s full promotional lineup also includes performers tied to the other games shown at its booth.

A roster this large changes how the stage works. It is not safe to assume all 23 people will appear together in every session, and a promotional portrait does not tell you which public day a performer is scheduled for. Check the current notice at booth 04-S02 before joining a queue.

What the live stage looks like

Show-floor photography captures a more useful view than the cast sheet: performers have room to appear as a group, while the booth’s water and stone backdrop keeps the photos recognisably Palworld instead of looking like a generic convention stage.

The life-size Pal displays nearby are also part of the experience. Cattiva, Daedream, Ribbuny, Menasting and others give visitors reliable photo subjects when a stage session has ended. The suspended Jetragon provides the widest shot, although its height makes a phone’s wide-angle lens more useful than portrait zoom.

How to get better photos without holding up the line

  • Check the appearance time before entering a merchandise or demo queue.
  • Ask staff before taking a close portrait away from the marked photo area.
  • Avoid flash when it would hit a performer directly or wash out the stage screens.
  • Take one wide frame for the costume and set, then one closer frame for costume detail.
  • Keep walkways clear; several Pal displays sit near active attractions.

These are small courtesies, but they matter at a booth designed around moving crowds. A clear ten-second photo opportunity is usually better than trying to arrange a long pose while the next group waits.

Which costumes are new this year?

Auri and Zenara are among the newer Palworld character additions highlighted in Pocketpair’s 2026 materials. The Windrose presence also connects the stage to one of the playable publishing titles. That mix makes the cast broader than a recap of earlier Palworld boss costumes.

The safest way to identify a performer is Pocketpair’s official cast graphic or the name shown at the live session. Fan captions can be incomplete, particularly in group photographs where several game casts share the stage.

Are cosplay photos exclusive products?

No. Cosplay appearances are part of the booth program; the exclusive stickers, shirts, towels, PR cards and shopper bags use separate distribution or purchase rules. A stage photo does not qualify a visitor for a product, and a product queue does not guarantee access to a particular cosplay session.
