Tokyo Game Show 2026 opens today with Pocketpair’s largest exhibition space yet. The Palworld area is built around things fans can actually see and photograph: a moving Jetragon, life-size Pals and a 23-person official cosplay line-up.
What is at the Palworld Tokyo Game Show 2026 booth?
The short answer: a full Palworld experience rather than a row of demo stations. Pocketpair’s official preview shows a large scenic booth with the Palpagos Islands on its screens and oversized Pal figures across the floor. The centrepiece is Jetragon, presented as a moving display instead of a static statue.
Tokyo Game Show runs from September 17 to 21 at Makuhari Messe. Pocketpair describes this as its biggest booth in the company’s TGS history, covering Palworld alongside games from Pocketpair Publishing.
The moving Jetragon is the main attraction
Jetragon is already one of Palworld’s most recognisable Legendary Pals. Turning it into a moving show-floor display gives the booth a clear landmark: it is the thing visitors will spot from the aisle and the most likely backdrop for photos.
The reveal also lands while Jetragon is prominent in the Palworld card game’s Legends Awaken campaign. That does not confirm a printed card named “Jetragon Legend”; the official English card list has not published an individual code, rarity, effect or scan for one. It does show how deliberately Pocketpair is using Jetragon across its current promotion.
Palworld cosplay at TGS 2026
Pocketpair announced 23 official cosplayers for the booth, covering Palworld characters and Pals as well as its publishing line-up. The official schedule and booth notices are the reliable sources for appearance times because the cast is too large to assume every performer will be present throughout every public day.
For visitors, the practical advice is simple: check the posted session time before joining a photo queue, and ask staff before photographing a performer at close range. The life-size Pal displays give you an alternative if a cosplay session is full.

The booth mixes display pieces with activities and playable content. Pocketpair’s announcements mention booth attractions, giveaways and products rather than treating the space as a conventional press-only showcase. That makes it useful even if your priority is Palworld merchandise rather than a game demo.
