A single Level-15 base can produce infinite Cake, Red Berries, wheat and eggs with only six Pals if you follow this layout.

Plantation trio
Two Berry Plantations + one Wheat Plantation covers every base food and every Cake recipe indefinitely. Place them in a triangle around the Feed Box so Planting, Watering and Gathering Pals walk the shortest route.
Ranch line-up
Chikipi (eggs), Mozzarina (milk), Beegarde (honey), Vixy (item dig). Four Ranch Pals produces every Cake ingredient in parallel without any merchant trips.
Worker assignments that never jam
Assign one Petallia or Bristla (Planting 3), one Penking or Azurobe (Watering 3) and one Verdash or Frostallion Noct (Gathering). Under-specced workers leave crops rotting — match work-suitability level to the plantation count.
Feed Box + Cooking Pot placement
Keep the Feed Box within 10 blocks of every Pal spawn point and the Cooking Pot next to the plantations to auto-batch Red Berry Cakes. Fill the Feed Box with Baked Berries only — raw foods slow worker sanity recovery.
Chest routing
Drop one chest between the Mill and Cooking Pot and mark it for ingredients. Pals haul wheat to the Mill and flour to the chest automatically, which removes the single biggest bottleneck in the Cake chain.
