Unlocks at Level 4, 1 Tech point. Recipe: 4 Cloth at the Workbench (Cloth is crafted from 2 Wool at the Primitive Workbench).
Stats
Defense 20, minor cold resist. Wool comes from Lamball (auto-farm at Ranch).
When to upgrade
Swap to Leather Armor at Level 12 (Def 60). Cloth is redundant by Level 15.
