Loupmoon belongs in Purple Nocturnal midrange / removal. Build the 50-card main deck around the colour, keep to a maximum of two colours plus Colorless, and run the full four copies of EBP01-087 when the archetype is your main plan.

The shell
Start from a Purple core: ◇2 and ◇3 bodies to hold the early board, EBP01-087 in its curve slot, and structures that match its work suitabilities (Crafting).
Copy count
Four copies is the legal maximum per card name and the correct number when Loupmoon is a core engine. Drop to two or three only if it is a situational answer rather than a plan.
Soul deck
Every legal deck also runs a separate 10-card Soul deck. Souls fuel the Soul phase, so never count them against the 50-card main deck total.
Colour discipline
Two colours maximum, Colorless free. Loupmoon is Purple, so the natural pairing is Purple with Red for reach, or straight mono-Purple for consistency.
