Palworld has six sphere tiers — Pal, Mega, Giga, Hyper, Ultra and Legendary — each unlocked by tech level and each roughly doubling capture power, with costs escalating from Paldium and wood up to Carbon Fibre and Refined Ingots.

Pal Sphere
