How to claim your Palsino daily spins
Palsino spins are not handed out automatically forever — each UTC day you claim one batch of 30 spins with the Claim button above the reels, and the live balance beside it tells you exactly what you have left.

Where the Claim button is
Open the Palsino page and look directly above the three reels. The claim strip shows two things: a Claim button for today's free spins and your current spin balance. If the button is greyed out with a tick, today's batch is already in your balance and you can spin straight away. Everything on that strip is read from the server, so it is the same on your phone, your laptop and any browser you sign in from.
One claim per account per UTC day
The claim is written as a single row keyed to your account and the UTC date, which means a duplicated tap, a refreshed page or a replayed request cannot grant a second batch. That is also why the reset is at 00:00 UTC rather than local midnight: a fixed global boundary keeps the 30 spins fair for every time zone.
If you forget to claim first
You do not lose the spins. Pressing Spin with an unclaimed balance claims the day's batch for you first, then spins, so the button never dead-ends. The only thing you cannot do is bank two days at once — unclaimed spins do not stack, so a day skipped is a day of spins gone.
Bonus spins versus daily spins
Your balance can also hold bonus spins from the daily Pal Puzzle, event grants or staff awards. Those sit in the same balance and never expire, so they are still there after a break. Daily spins are the part that resets; bonus spins are the part that waits for you.
What to do when the balance hits zero
When the last spin is spent, the machine shows a live countdown to 00:00 UTC instead of an error.
