Palworld Black Marketeer Guide & FAQ — overview
The Black Marketeer is Palworld's illegal Pal trader. Found in hidden spots such as the Duneshelter area and near Syndicate-controlled zones, they sell rarer and higher-level Pals than the ordinary Pal Merchant — sometimes including Alpha-tier and Lucky Pals — and they pay noticeably better when you sell Pals to them.

What they are
An unlicensed trader dealing in Pals the legal merchants will not touch. Mechanically they are a Pal Merchant with a rarer, more expensive rotating stock and better sell prices.
Where to find them
Duneshelter in the desert region is the best-known spot, with additional marketeers near Syndicate-held territory. All pinned on the interactive map at /map.
Stock
High-level Pals, unusual work-suitability combinations and occasionally Lucky Pals. Prices run into tens of thousands of Gold.
Selling to them
The Black Marketeer pays more per Pal than the standard merchant, which makes a breeding line into a genuine Gold engine.
Risk and flavour
Buying here is the game's clearest bit of moral framing — the market only exists because the Syndicate keeps supplying it. There is no mechanical penalty for trading, only the narrative one.
