Best passive skills to breed onto any Pal
The strongest breeding passive stack in Palworld is Legend, Musclehead, Ferocious and Lord of the Underworld for attackers, and Serious, Artisan, Lucky and Work Slave for base workers — four passive slots is the hard cap, so plan the set before you breed.

Attack stack
Legend (+20% attack and defence, legendaries only), Musclehead (+30% attack), Ferocious (+20% attack) and Lord of the Underworld (+20% Dark damage).
Non-legendary attack stack
Swap Legend for Burly Body or Vanguard when the target Pal cannot inherit Legend.
Worker stack
Artisan (+50% work speed), Serious (+20%), Lucky (+15%) and Work Slave (+30% work speed, −reduced sanity drain trade-off).
Inheritance rules
A child rolls each parent passive with roughly a 1-in-2 chance per slot plus random new traits, so cull and re-breed rather than condensing early.
Cull fast
Hatch, check traits, keep only 3-4 passive matches, and release the rest to keep Pal Box space free.
