Structures
Wheat Plantation, Berry Plantation, Mill, Cooking Pot, three Ranches, Breeding Farm, Feed Box, Cooler and a chest — all within Transporting range so nothing stalls.
Worker roster
Vixy or Lifmunk for Gathering/Planting, Pengullet or Fuack for Watering, Foxparks or Arsox for Kindling, Wumpo or Nitewing for Transporting, plus Mozzarina, Chikipi and Beegarde on Ranches.
Sanity management
Add Hot Spring / beds early. Cake bases run non-stop, and low-sanity workers abandon the Cooking Pot first, which silently kills your Cake rate.
Common mistakes
Ranch Pals assigned to other jobs stop dropping items, plantations placed on uneven ground get skipped, and a missing Kindling worker leaves ingredients rotting in the box.
Throughput target
Aim for roughly one Cake every few minutes. That comfortably feeds a single Breeding Farm running continuously.
