~30 minutes at default rates, and only while it sits in a placed Egg Incubator inside a base.

Twilight Dunes, Mount Obsidian and Feybreak ridges — on open ledges and rock shelves, respawning roughly every hour of real time.
Can you get Chillet from it?
Yes. Chillet is in this egg's hatch pool, and a targeted breeding pair guarantees it instead of rolling for it.
