Fastest way to farm Huge Dark Eggs

The fastest Huge Dark Egg farm is a two-part loop: a fixed flight circuit across Night spawns, Bamboo Groves and Deep Bamboo Thicket for wild nodes, plus a Breeding Farm running Dark-type parents on Cake so you always have eggs banked.

Key takeaways
  • Build the flight circuit
  • Bank Cake first
  • Weight management
  • Server-rate tuning

Build the flight circuit

Mark every Huge Dark Egg node you spot across Night spawns, Bamboo Groves and Deep Bamboo Thicket on the map, then fly that exact order each reset. A tight dark circuit yields 6-10 eggs per hour once mapped.

Bank Cake first

Cake needs Flour, Red Berries, Milk, Egg and Honey. Three Vixys, two Mozzarinas and two Beegardes fully automate it — without Cake your Dark-type breeding pairs stop producing Huge Dark Eggs.

Weight management

Huge eggs are heavy. Run Cattiva as your partner, or drop a satellite base near your Night spawns, Bamboo Groves and Deep Bamboo Thicket route so you can unload Huge Dark Eggs without flying home.

Server-rate tuning

On a private server, PalEggDefaultHatchingTime 0.5 halves the ~2 hours 30 minutes Huge Dark Egg wait without touching capture or XP rates, keeping the rest of the balance intact.

What to keep

From Huge Dark Egg hatches keep anything with Legend, Lucky, Musclehead, Ferocious, Serious or Swift — especially Necromus — and condense the rest toward a 4-star Dark team.
