What the game actually checks
Field alphas: Fixed map locations per region, scaled to the region's level band, respawning on a timer. Tower bosses: Five arena fights that gate progression rather than farming. Drops: Schematics, ingots, ancient parts and species-specific materials. Capture: Field alphas can be captured, which is often better value than killing them. Counters: Element multipliers shorten fights more than levels do.
