Do I need a tuned deck to enter?
No. An upgraded Dawn of Palpagos trial deck is a completely reasonable shop-tournament entry, and both trial decks were designed as a legal starting point out of the box.
Are promo cards tournament legal?
Yes — PR cards released through official channels are legal in sanctioned play. Check the official card list for the printed card number if a judge queries a promo.
Can I play two colours?
Yes. The trial decks themselves are two-colour builds — Red・Blue for aggression and Green・Purple for a slower, planning-led game.
How long does an event run?
Plan for two to three hours for a four-round Swiss event including registration and prize distribution. Stores publish the expected finish time on the Bushi Navi listing.
What if I have to leave early?
Mark yourself as Retired in the app or tell the organizer. Dropping quietly leaves your opponent with a no-show round and can affect your ability to register for future events at that store.
