Step 1 — find an official store
Use the “Find a retailer near you” locator on the official Palworld card game site. Only official Bushiroad tournament stores can run sanctioned Shop Tournaments and hand out the quarterly promos.
Step 2 — check the event listing
Open the official EVENTS page and confirm which tier the store is running — Shop Tournament, Challengers Cup qualifier, demo session — plus the date, entry fee and capacity. Premier tiers publish their own registration windows.
Step 3 — register
Most Shop Tournaments take sign-ups in store or through the store's own booking page, and cap seats, so register early. Challengers Cup and Masters League events register through the official announcement for that season.
Step 4 — build a legal deck
Bring a complete, legal deck with the required Soul card, plus Life and Material counters, dice or tokens, and sleeves in matching condition. Parallel printings such as OSR, SSP and TSP are legal and count toward the same copy limit as their base card.
Step 5 — on the day
Arrive before the registration cut-off with a written or photographed deck list, your own playmat if the store requires one, and know the current rulings from the official Rules & Q&A page — head judges rule from that document.
