Palworld egg hatch times and how to shorten them
At default settings Common eggs take about 30 minutes, Large eggs about 1 hour 10 minutes and Huge eggs about 2 hours 30 minutes. Server owners can scale every timer with PalEggDefaultHatchingTime, where 0 means instant.

Timer rules
Timers only advance while the egg is in a placed Egg Incubator inside an active base radius.
Temperature
Frozen eggs need cooling, Scorching eggs need heat, and every other egg wants a temperate roofed room. The wrong temperature pauses progress.
Scale your incubator room
One incubator per egg. Eight incubators plus a Cooler and a Campfire in one room covers every family at once.
Server settings
Edit PalWorldSettings.ini: PalEggDefaultHatchingTime=0.5 halves all waits; 0.0 hatches instantly on pickup.
