Legendary and lucky fusion chains in Palworld
Legendary variants and Lucky forms cannot be created out of nothing: you need one captured parent, then a breeding chain that carries the Legend passive across species.

Same-species legendaries
Jetragon, Frostallion, Necromus and Paladius only hatch from a same-species male-female pair. Capture one of each gender first — no cross-species pair reaches their breed-power slot.
Bridging the Legend passive
Breed a legendary with a common Pal, keep the child that inherited Legend, then breed that child back toward your target species. Two or three generations move Legend onto any Pal without touching its species.
Lucky Pals are not breedable
Lucky variants spawn in the world with a shimmer effect; they are the same species with a stat and size bonus, so they cannot be produced by breeding. Breed for passives instead and catch Lucky forms opportunistically.
Stacking passives on fusion targets
Put Legend, Musclehead, Ferocious and Swift on both parents before you chase the variant. The child rolls from the combined passive pool, so a four-passive fusion Pal is realistic within a handful of eggs.
