Cake production loop — the fastest way to farm breeding cakes

Every Palworld egg costs one cake. A cake needs 5 Flour, 8 Red Berries, 7 Milk, 8 Eggs and 2 Honey — sourced from Pals, not the map. The optimal cake production loop turns a single base into a self-sustaining breeding factory that outputs 4-6 cakes per real-time hour.

Cake recipe breakdown

1 Cake = 5 Flour + 8 Red Berries + 7 Milk + 8 Eggs + 2 Honey. Cook it at the Cooking Pot (unlocked at Technology Level 17). Cakes do not spoil in a Cooler Box.

Base layout — the cake factory

Place a Wheat Plantation (Mozzarina/Broncherry seeding), a Berry Plantation, a Ranch, and a Mill in a tight circle around a single Feed Box. Put the Cooking Pot 5m away so the cook Pal auto-hauls ingredients.

Ranch Pals that produce cake ingredients

Mozzarina drops Milk. Chikipi drops Eggs. Beegarde drops Honey. Vixy drops nothing useful for cakes but is great for a second Ranch. Assign 1 of each plus a Cattiva or Lifmunk hauler.

Worker assignments

You need Planting (Petallia, Lyleen), Watering (Pengullet, Fuack), Gathering (Cattiva, Robinquill), Kindling (Foxparks, Blazehowl) and Handiwork (Anubis, Grintale). Anubis + Lyleen carries the entire loop by itself.

Yield per hour

A Level 3 Palbox with this loadout produces 4–6 cakes per real-time hour, enough to run two Breeding Farms nonstop. Double the Ranch and Wheat Plantation for endgame legendary breeding sessions.
