How to catch humans in Palworld
You catch a human in Palworld exactly like a Pal: lower the NPC to low HP, then throw a Pal Sphere at them. Humans have a low base capture rate, so bring Giga Spheres or better and expect several throws per catch.

It is a crime
Throwing a sphere at a human is flagged as a crime. Do it out of sight of the Free Pal Alliance or you will earn a wanted level.
Sphere tier
Humans behave like a mid-rate Pal with high HP. Giga Spheres are the practical minimum; Hyper Spheres make it routine.
Damage them first
Non-lethal chip damage from a bow works best — human NPCs die faster than Pals and a corpse cannot be captured.
Where to find targets
Syndicate camps, Free Pal Alliance patrols and Brothers of the Eternal Pyre outposts all spawn capturable humans on a timer.
Carry them home
Captured humans occupy a Pal party slot and transfer to the Palbox like any other catch.
