Setting up a human-staffed base

A human-staffed Palworld base works best as a crafting hub: place humans on workbenches and production lines, keep three to four elemental Pals for Kindling, Watering and Generating Electricity, and run a hot spring so SAN never bottoms out.

Key takeaways
  • Layout
  • Food supply
  • SAN management
  • Mixed crews

Layout

Cluster benches within a 15m radius so Transporting workers make short trips — human pathing is worse than Pal pathing.

Food supply

Humans eat from the Feed Box like Pals. Berry plantations plus a cooking pot keep 10 workers fed indefinitely.

SAN management

One hot spring per five workers. Below 50 SAN, workers slack; below 20 they can become depressed or run away.

Mixed crews

Two humans on Handiwork plus Anubis and Mossanda clears a full schematic queue faster than any all-human crew.

Defence

Human workers do not fight. Keep two combat Pals stationed or a raid will wipe the crew.
