Watering
Water-type workers keep plots hydrated without a manual pass. One dedicated waterer per plantation block is the usual ratio before output stops improving.
Planting and gathering
Grass-type workers commonly carry Planting and Gathering, closing the sow-and-collect half of the loop.
Transporting
A transporter is the most under-rated farm Pal: without one, harvested produce sits in the plot and the whole chain stalls.
Cooking and kindling
Fire-type workers cover Kindling for cooking chains, which is where farm produce turns into higher-value sellable goods.
