Palfarm is a farming, cooking and shop-running simulation set in the Palworld universe: you sow, water and harvest with Pal labour, cook and sell produce, and defend the farm instead of fighting a survival campaign.

The core loop
Plant, tend, harvest, cook, sell. Pals fill the labour roles — watering, transporting, gathering — much as they do in Palworld base building, but the goal is farm output rather than tech progression.
Commerce
Selling produce and cooked goods through shops and markets is a first-class system, so pricing and production chains matter more than combat stats.
Farm defence
Farms still get raided, keeping a light combat layer in a game that is otherwise cozy. Expect defence structures and combat-capable Pals to have a role.
Relationship to Palworld
Same universe and Pals, separate game and separate save. Palfarm does not replace Palworld updates; Pocketpair continues developing the main game.
Who it is for
Players who liked Palworld's base loop more than its gunplay. If your Palworld hours went into plantations, ranches and logistics, Palfarm is the spin-off aimed at you.
