Best multiplayer settings for mixed groups
A mixed PC-and-console group plays best on a server with tuned rates, guild slots sized to the party and a base build cap raised enough that console framerates still hold.
Updated for the current Palworld patch
- ✓Capture and hatch rates
- ✓Base object limits
- ✓Day/night length
- ✓Death penalty
Capture and hatch rates
Raise egg hatch speed and capture rate slightly for casual groups so console players who play fewer hours keep pace with a PC player logging daily.
Base object limits
Every extra object costs frames on the weakest machine in the party. Cap decoration-heavy builds and split production across multiple bases instead of one mega-base.
Day/night length
Longer days suit co-op sessions because raids and boss runs fit inside daylight, which reduces the visibility problems console players report at night.
Death penalty
Lower the death penalty in mixed-skill groups. Losing gear at a distant tower boss is what usually ends a co-op run early.
Guild and player caps
Match the guild slot count to your actual roster. Oversized guilds spread base ownership and make it harder to track who built what.
