What Lifmunk Effigies do
Lifmunk Effigies are green statuettes hidden around the Palpagos Islands. Handing them in at a Statue of Power raises your capture power, which directly improves the odds every Pal Sphere you throw will stick.

Capture power, not capture rate
Effigies raise your character's capture power tier. Sphere quality and the target's remaining health still matter — effigies stack on top of both.
Where you hand them in
At a Statue of Power. Carrying effigies does nothing; the bonus only applies once they are offered.
Diminishing steps
Each tier costs more effigies than the last, so early hand-ins feel transformative and later ones are incremental.
Why it matters early
Early captures are where failed throws hurt most, because spheres are expensive relative to your income. Effigies pay back fastest in the first tiers.
They are per character
The bonus belongs to your character, not the world, so a new character on a server starts from zero.
