Tournament-legal decks and the July 2026 floor rules
A tournament-legal Palworld TCG deck is exactly 50 Main Deck cards plus exactly 10 Soul Deck cards, maximum four copies per card name, using only cards printed in currently legal products such as EBP01 Dawn of Palpagos and the official Trial Decks.

Sanctioned events require a submitted list; the July 9, 2026 Floor Rules revision made list mismatches a game-loss escalation rather than a simple warning.
Match structure
Shop Tournaments are usually best-of-one Swiss with 25-minute rounds; larger events use best-of-three with sideboard-free deck locking between games.
Penalties and slow play
Slow play, marked cards and unclear shuffling are the three most common infractions. Randomise your Soul Deck in front of your opponent every game.
Proxies, sleeves and language
No proxies. Sleeves must be uniform and opaque-backed; mixed-language cards are legal if the card name matches an English-legal print.
