Primary firearm
The single biggest damage upgrade available. Get your main gun to the highest schematic tier you can before diversifying.
Utility weapon
A second weapon covering the damage type or range your primary lacks keeps boss fights from stalling.
Biome armour
Heat and cold sets gate access to sulfur, quartz and volcanic farming. Upgraded versions turn hostile regions into routine trips.
Defence over flash
A higher-tier armour schematic often extends survival more than another damage tier, especially in raids.
Material readiness
Before farming a schematic, confirm you can supply its materials — including ammo for a new weapon tier. An unfed weapon is a decoration.
